Delivery Information for Your Orders
Delivery is carried out by our partners SkladUSA, who work with FedEx International and USPS to ensure reliable and safe shipping.
USA delivery
All orders to the United States are shipped via FedEx International (DDP), with all tariffs prepaid and full accompanying documentation.
Standard delivery time: 10–14 days.
Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, and New Zealand
Orders to these countries are shipped via FedEx International.
Average delivery time: up to 2 weeks.
Other countries
Deliveries are shipped with national postal operators.
Estimated delivery time: up to 2 weeks.
Delivery Issues & Lost Parcels
If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us as soon as possible. We will investigate the issue and work with the shipping company to resolve it promptly.
If your order is lost in transit, we will recreate and reship your items at no additional cost to you.
Return Policy
We do not accept returns or exchanges. However, we offer a free photo preview of your order before shipping. If you would like to receive it, simply leave a note with your order (for example, “photo report”). We will email you photos and wait for your confirmation within 3 days.
Order cancellations are possible and fully refundable as long as the order has not yet been shipped.
