Important Notice for Our U.S. Customers:
Although we ship all orders via FedEx International (DDP) — with all tariffs prepaid and full accompanying documentation — U.S. customs has recently begun holding some parcels for additional checks. These delays are completely beyond our control.
Shipments can be held anywhere from one week to a month, so please allow extra time for delivery. To ensure your flowers arrive safely and on time, we recommend placing your order at least 2.5 months before the wedding date.

Delivery is carried out by our partners SkladUSA, who work with FedEx International and USPS.
Delivery time for other countries is up to 2 weeks.
Return policy
We do not accept returns or exchanges. However, we offer a free photo preview of your order before shipping. To request it, simply leave a note with your order (e.g., “photo report”). We’ll email you photos and wait for your confirmation within 3 days.
You may cancel your order and receive a full refund as long as it has not yet shipped.
If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us as soon as possible. We will investigate the issue and work with the shipping company to resolve it promptly.
If your order was lost in transit, we will recreate and reship your items at no additional cost to you.
