Delivery information
Delivery is handled by our trusted logistics partner SkladUSA, a professional fulfillment company specializing in international shipping for online stores. SkladUSA works directly with FedEx International and USPS, ensuring reliable delivery and proper documentation.
USA delivery
Orders shipped to the United States are delivered via FedEx International (DDP). All customs duties and tariffs are prepaid, and shipments include full accompanying documentation. Estimated delivery time is approximately 10–14 days.
Canada, United Kingdom, Australia & New Zealand
Orders to these countries are shipped via FedEx International. Average delivery time is up to 2 weeks.
Other countries
Orders to other destinations are shipped using national postal operators. Estimated delivery time is up to 2 weeks.
Delivery issues & lost parcels
If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us as soon as possible. We will investigate the issue together with the shipping carrier. In the rare event that a parcel is lost in transit, we will recreate and reship your items at no additional cost.
Return policy
We do not accept returns or exchanges. However, we offer a complimentary photo preview of your order before shipping. To request it, simply leave a note with your order (for example, “photo report”). We will email you the photos and wait for your confirmation within 3 days. Order cancellations are possible and fully refundable as long as the order has not yet been shipped.
