Custom Wedding Orders — How We Work

We are happy to create a custom wedding order for you.

We specialize in creating complete wedding flower collections in a single, cohesive color scheme — from the bridal bouquet to all matching accessories, arches, and décor elements, tailored to your wedding vision.

Pricing & Custom Order Policy

We do not charge any extra fees for custom wedding orders.

All custom items are priced the same as comparable ready-made products on our website with similar size and form.

As a bonus, our permanent 10% discount applies to all custom orders.

Please note: additional coupons do not apply to custom orders and cannot be combined with our permanent discount.

Throughout the entire process, you will receive photo updates, taken with a professional camera at every stage.

Fast Start — No Waiting for Materials

We maintain a large inventory of flowers in stock, which allows us to start working immediately after payment.

Unlike many studios, we do not wait to purchase materials after an order is placed.

Information Needed for a Fast Quote

To receive a detailed quote as quickly as possible, please include the following details in your message:

Bridal bouquet — width (for loose/free-form designs) or cascade shape

Arch flowers — corner or straight design; for straight arches, please specify length

Boutonnieres — classic or pocket style

Flower crown — full or half design

Hair comb — preferred size (we offer 3 sizes)

Hair pins — bobby pins or classic pins, and quantity (collections of 5–9 pieces)

Flower hoops — diameter

Chair décor — length

After receiving our response, please send us a photo of your wedding color palette.

How the Custom Order Process Works

Once all details and pricing are confirmed, we create a custom listing for you.

Production begins only after full payment is received.

You are not required to order the entire collection at once.

For example, you may order only the bridal bouquet first, receive it, see the flowers in person, and then place an order for the remaining items.

Orders can also be split into multiple payments and shipments.

We are flexible and fully understand the concerns that come with planning and making a significant wedding purchase.

Who Creates Your Custom Flowers

All custom wedding orders are personally designed by Inna Kochetova, the owner of the business, lead florist, and photographer.

The team produces additional items only after you approve the original samples created by me.

Step-by-Step Creation Process

I always begin with the bridal bouquet, creating a test version based on your color palette.

You receive photos and have two free revision rounds.

After the bridal bouquet is approved, I create the first bridesmaid bouquet, which also includes two free revisions.

The same approval process applies to:

floral arches

flower boxes

flower hoops

chair décor and standing arrangements

Mini Bouquets, Boutonnieres & Accessories

Mini bouquets for vases: I create a set of three designs. You choose your favorites or order a mixed collection.

Classic boutonnieres: a set of 3–4 designs to choose from. You may also order different styles for different groups of guests.

If none of the options fit your vision, you may select flowers from existing collections on our website in a similar color palette.

Pocket boutonnieres, corsages, hair combs, and hair pins are created using adhesive and cannot be revised.

These items are made after boutonniere approval and use the same flowers, which is why clients are usually happy with them from the first preview.

Flower crowns are also non-revisable due to their complex weaving technique.

Custom Bouquet Satisfaction Policy

We work closely with you during the design process and include up to two revisions to ensure your bouquet reflects your vision.

In the rare event that the design still doesn’t feel right after revisions, we will stop the process and issue a full refund.

We believe honesty and trust are essential, and we never ship floral designs our clients are unhappy with.

Our custom wedding flowers are created with care, transparency, and full responsibility for the result.
